Kitchen - All food scraps, oil and greese, coffee grinds and chemicals should be disposed in the garbage and not the sink. (Fruit seeds or solids will cause the disposal to stop working). Please be kind to our Septic System. Repairs are very costly! * Hot tub rules - The temp of the hot tub is set to a lower temperature while not in use to conserve energy. If you raise the temperature, please allow for a few hours for the temperature to increase. Remember to turn off jets, lower temperature when completely done using and snap cover in place for safety. The hot tub is not a pool nor should be treated in that manner. Hot tub towels will have colored stripe on the edges and the white towels are for inside use. *Fire Pits and Radiant Heat- Please turn on when using and turn off when not using. This is for safety and for energy savings. Propane can add up quickly when fire pits are left to run and empty the tanks. * Alll garbage should be disposed of in the garbage bin located at the garage at the end of your stay. * All bedding sheets removed and placed in hampers in main bath and down stairs by the laundry room at the end of your stay.
